The bearing support seat is a core load-bearing component of the transmission equipment. Customization can meet the special working conditions requirements of mines, automation, heavy industry, etc. Based on the customer's drawings, bearing models and load parameters, raw materials such as cast iron, carbon steel, and stainless steel are selected as needed. Through forging or casting, the blanks are made, and stress-relieving heat treatment is carried out to eliminate deformation risks.
CNC numerical control is used for precise boring of the inner hole, and the coaxiality and flatness tolerances of the hole diameter are strictly controlled. The key hole diameters can reach IT6 to IT7 grade. The installation screw holes and lubrication grooves are finely processed. Throughout the processing, three-coordinate inspection is conducted to check the dimensions, and surface treatments such as rust prevention and carburizing are done as needed.
The customized support seat has high installation fit accuracy, stable shock absorption and load-bearing performance, effectively reducing the wear of the bearings, and is suitable for non-standard equipment modification scenarios such as compact spaces and high-temperature corrosion.
