Optoelectronic and optical research equipment have dual strict requirements for structural components: micrometer-level assembly accuracy, and a stable and aesthetically pleasing anode appearance. Recently, a complete set of aluminum components for optical SLED light source equipment was processed, covering instrument heat dissipation shells, optical bases, optical path fixtures, protective sleeves, and other non-standard parts.

The raw material used is 6061 aluminum alloy, which is machined into one piece using CNC precision milling. The parts include irregular cavities, heat dissipation ribs, hollow supports, and positioning installation holes. The processing process strictly controls form and position tolerances to effectively avoid assembly deviations that may interfere with the stability of the optical path.

The surface supports multi-color hard anodizing, polishing, etc. The surface layer is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, with uniform color and no flaws, meeting the appearance standards of high-end instruments.

We provide one-stop processing services to adapt to the processing of R&D prototypes for small batch prototyping. After maturity, it can directly transition to mass production.

The products are widely used in SLED broadband light sources, spectral detection equipment, optical fiber sensing instruments, laser modules, and laboratory optical fixtures and clamps.
