Custom CNC Turned Precision Brass Machining Components
July 29, 2026

The full range of brass turned parts shown includes threaded connectors, hollow sleeves, stepped mandrels, hexagonal joints, knurled cylinders, nozzle fittings and special-shaped brass studs, widely applied to fluid valve systems, pneumatic fittings, medical equipment, instrumentation hardware, spray nozzle assemblies and mechanical connecting structures.
All products are processed by high-speed CNC lathe turning and secondary milling compound machining. External threads, inner bores, stepped shafts, knurling, slotted structures and hollow holes are completed with one-time clamping processing. We strictly control thread precision, concentricity and dimensional tolerance to guarantee stable assembly matching and excellent sealing performance for fluid pipelines. Adopting H59 / H62 free-cutting brass as raw material, the material features natural self-lubrication, strong corrosion resistance and superior cutting property, effectively reducing assembly friction and resisting erosion from water, gas and conventional chemical media for long-term service.
The original bright metallic luster of brass can be kept by passivation anti-tarnish treatment, avoiding oxidation darkening during storage and usage.
Our factory supports full OEM customization service based on customers’ drawings or physical samples, covering prototype sampling, small batch trial order and mass bulk production. Every brass fitting will be inspected by thread gauges, micrometers and projection detectors before delivery to unify dimensional consistency of batches.
Compared with stainless steel and iron parts, brass turned parts have irreplaceable advantages in sealing, anti-rust performance and assembly smoothness, becoming standard precision hardware for fluid control and precision instruments all over the world. We provide reliable customized turning solutions for global machinery purchasers.
